Delivery and shipping cost
Delivery within 24 /72 hours since the order is placed. In case of shipment to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or remote areas the delivery could take longer. If you would like to receive your order earlier, please contact us by email email@example.com or by calling 955 98 32 15 and we will provide you delivery options and costs.
You can see he shipping cost indicated at the time of purchase. The shipping cost to Spain (included Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) is 4.70 €. Free shipping in orders over 50 €.
Track your order
Once we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped with the tracking number and all relevant information.
Delay in the delivery
If your purchase is not arrived on time and the delivery deadline has expired, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouses. In case you have not received the email with the tracking number of your order, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 955 98 32 15.
